Sarah: Welcome to the Uncensored Empath, a place for us to discuss highly sensitive energy, illness, healing, and transformation. My name is Sarah Small and I’m a life and success coach for empaths who want to create a thriving body, business, and life. Think of this podcast as your no BS guide to navigating life, health and entrepreneurship. Today was probably the least structured of all the activated trainings. It’s the final day, Day 6 of this free training for empath entrepreneurs and gosh, it also felt like the most powerful. I really stepped into my channeling energy this morning and it just felt so good to deliver these messages to you, and regardless of where you are on your path or your journey, I hope that the messages that were transmitted through and shared with you all in this live training are ones that allow you to give yourself permission to be seen, to be visible, to surround yourself with the people who are expanders for you, that light you up in some way and inspire you to be your very best self. So without further ado, let’s dive into the final part of this training series.

Channeled messages to receive clarity

Welcome, welcome, welcome to Day 6, our final day of Activated. I hope that you are feeling activated by now, but I also trust that any remaining messages that need to be heard will come through today. We’re going to begin with some channeled messages and I pulled three cards that are in front of me right now right before I hopped on, and what I believe is that those of you who were called to participate in this free training series were called here for a reason and likely you are craving more of something in your life. Whether that is purpose or clarity or intuitive connection or abundance, so let me ask you, is scratching the surface of that desire actually satisfying, or are you ready to go deeper? There are already 11 women inside of the Empath Entrepreneur Academy as of this very moment, and I also believe that those who say yes are cosmically connected. We’re all different in our own way, but we’re on similar paths and this happens in every group experience I’ve ever hosted, whether it’s free or requires an investment of energy and there are so many overlaps in what everyone is experiencing that we end up learning so much from each other as well.

I just wanted to read a few things that I’ve heard already from the women inside, which is so fucking exciting. After saying yes, the woman said, I admit. I feel a mix of nausea and excitement, which I told her is exactly how I feel right after I’ve made all the biggest decisions that had propelled me forward in my life. She says, wow. Oh my gosh, I feel so proud of myself., Chills. I’m officially in the Empath Entrepreneur Academy week. Ooh, yeah. To say I’m thrilled to join you on this journey would not fully capture the feeling in my heart and soul at the moment.

This is from a woman who already started a part of the Launch Your Wellness Biz training because you get access right away and she said, Okay. I just have to say this was powerful. I’ve never put my story out like this and replayed my whole life like that. Thank you for what you’re offering. I can see what this is doing for me already. I’m so excited about this process. I’m finally able to say I’m a fucking rock star and I deserve to be proud of the person I see in the mirror every day. She has been through some hard shit and does have a message for the world.

And today’s training is all about that message that you have for the world and how to actually be seen in your power. So here are the messages that I pulled for all of you listening today. Then we’ll discuss three ways to become more visible and then I encourage you to just ask any and all questions you may have about activating your soul purpose, about being an empath entrepreneur and about the course of course as well.

A 3-card intuitive reading

So the first card I pulled for all of you is the Great Gathering and this card is all about coming together. We are in literal isolation and quarantine in many, many, many places across the world, and this first card is about what’s currently happening cause I created a little bit of a spread here. So the first card is like what’s happening now. The second is like the immediate future, and then the third is more a little bit out further into the future. So what’s currently happening is there is a desire for us to gather, to come together in whatever means we do have available to us, that is possible for us to connect and do just that – connect – and to be inspired by the other women that are going through something similar to you, to create your soul tribe and listen to your intuitive hits, the feelings, and nudges that you are receiving in your body. So the first message again is all about coming together and gathering with your people that speak your language.

The second card again is in reference to the immediate future and this is the Star Seed card, and this card is all about owning what sets your soul on fire. To ask yourself, what lights me up? What lights you up, and can you get just completely honest and truthful with yourself of what you actually want, and where are you still holding yourself back from admitting what you really want because you’re still afraid of, if I were to admit that I actually want that or that much of that, then I might be greedy or selfish or what if I don’t get it and let go of any and all fear that is still intertwined with your raw desires and put that over to the side for a moment so that you can, in your full embodied power, ask yourself what do I really want? If there were no rules, if there was no fear, if there was nothing standing in my way, and there was no such thing as being greedy or selfish, what would I actually desire? And because this is in relation to the immediate future, it’s saying you’re going to be asked to think about that now. To consider what do you really, really want, and get honest with yourself about it.

The third card, as I mentioned, is about moving a little further into the future now. So this is the card You Are Already Doing It, and this energy is all about releasing the overthink and the group think in order to find your truth, your path, your mission, and to realize that you already have everything you need inside of you in order to accomplish that goal, purpose, mission. It is just a matter of waking up these little pieces within you and bringing them back to life and integrating the shadow that may have been pushed away for so long, and instead allowing yourself to be and feel more whole and complete and in that power so that you realize you have everything you need. To stop overthink and to stop trying to do it the way that everyone else is doing it, and instead do it your way. And that’s a method energy I bring into my teaching style is I don’t want you to create my business. I don’t want you to create the business that everyone else is creating. I want you to create a life and a business that is completely unique to you, your energy type, your human design, your soul purpose, what you desire, what you truly, truly desire on this planet. So this is a reminder as we step a little further out into the future to keep aligning with our path and keep trusting ourselves that we are capable, that we are worthy and we are born deserving. There is no fucking doubt that you have the birthright, that you are deserving of your desires. No doubt! No doubt. So can you sit with that truth and can you receive this because you can hear me talking right now and you can allow that to enter into your consciousness and you can let my voice come into your ears, and then you can let it go back out and you could say, oh, that was great while it lasted. That was inspiring or that made me feel this way or that way, or you can fully receive this channel transmission and fully receive this message in every cell of your body as your guidance and your truth and your direction for moving forward. You can listen with your entire being and allow that to actually alter your path moving forward in a way that feels more aligned for you.

So how does this make you feel? I’d love to hear in the comments just what thoughts, emotions, feelings are coming up for you in this channeled transmission this morning. How do these three messages make you feel? Now we’re going to transition into three ways to enhance your magnetic nature in order to be seen in your power. And this goes along with the message that I just shared with you because until you fully receive this mission in your life, until you fully believe that it’s okay to be seen, you’re not going to be visible to the people who can benefit so much from you. It hurts my heart sometimes because I see so much medicine and power and just healing in every single one of you and within your energetic makeup that is so unique on this planet. But then there are all these stories we tell ourselves that keep us feeling small, that keep us feeling hurt and wounded and I’m not good enough and all this bullshit that just…we can’t. That is old paradigm shit. We can’t believe that anymore.

3 ways to enhance your magnetic nature and be SEEN

And so this is a call, it might not be the only call you ever get or receive, but it is a call and an invitation to step up and to own your magnetic nature and to be seen in your full power and see how that makes you feel. What would it be like to be seen in your full power? Is it edgy? Does it give you butterflies? Does it make you nervous? Does it make you excited, but sort of want to throw up? What if you were to actually be seen in your full, FULL power? What would that mean for you in your life?

In the last almost four years I’ve been on my own personal journey and I have made a lot of mistakes and I’ve hit a lot of road bumps, roadblocks and speed bumps along my own path, and here are three simple but really, really important things I’ve learned on my own path in the way I show up and the way I’ve invited myself to be seen and given myself permission to be seen.

Number One: To enhance your ability to be seen start by picking one place to show up online, in person (in person is a little tricky right now, I get it), but pick one place. Don’t try to be everything to everyone, which a lot of empaths are guilty of doing. I get it, I’ve been there sister, but don’t try to be everything to everyone, and don’t try to show up on every single platform. We’ve got Snapchat and Facebook and Instagram and now we have Tik Tok and there’s Twitter and there’s LinkedIn and then there’s email and then there’s the in-person yoga studio and your community events and your women’s circle and your moon circles and all the places. Pick one and be consistent. Allow yourself to just really show up fully in that one place to start and then you can grow. I show up in numerous places now, but when I first started, I focused on just one. Not overwhelming myself and comparing myself to the people who have millions of followers on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, and instead just allowing myself to commit to the consistency of one place, and then slowly add in those other places and then start repurposing your content so even if you down the line are showing up in three or four places, which is about how many places I show up in now, if down the line you do do that, you don’t have to be creating completely unique content for each of those platforms. You get to strategize and you get to repurpose content in a way that allows you to use the same main message over and over and over again. It’s actually much simpler than it sounds and I’ve seen so many people, some of them I ended up coaching who just try to be everything to everyone and show up in all the places and that leads to burnout and it leads to, I don’t feel good enough in any of these areas. And you are good enough and I want you to feel and believe that in yourself that you are good enough, and therefore I want you to pick one place to start and to show up consistently.

Building authentic connections and creating a following

Number Two: Focus on creating real, authentic connections. It’s not, and I don’t know how this is going to be received by you, but it is not about you. When you’re showing up to serve a community, it’s about them, so make them feel seen, heard, and understood, whoever them is. Those are the people in your community or that you’d like to invite into your community. Speak their language. Respond to comments, have real conversations. I can’t tell you the number of times that I have sent an audio message back on Facebook or Instagram to somebody who has a question or just wants to come in and say they loved the podcast episode and I’ll message them back. I always messaged them back, but sometimes I do audio. Sometimes I do text depending on my own mood and how many things I’ve typed that day, but they’re like in shock. Oh my God, I can’t believe you not just responded but that you audio-messaged me and now I’m hearing your voice, and we’re creating a real connection to each other. Reply to your DMs and encourage people to reach out to you and to ask questions of you to start the conversation that you’re not always the person starting the conversation and there’s some balance.

And remember that there is a human on the other side of every single screen. There is a human on the other side of every single screen. Even as I see you and your names pop up in the comments on this live training, I know that behind each of your names and that little circle with a picture that I may or may not be able to see super clearly of you, is a real human being and so I speak to those people in my community and all of you as if they are real human beings. And while that again sounds so freaking simple, how many people out there do you feel like are not actually remembering that when they go on their phone or they show up live, and instead they make it about them and they make it about them and how many likes and how many comments and they need to come to me. They need to show me that they love me.

I take the opposite approach and I say, Hey, this is about you and I’m here to serve you and I’m going to have boundaries around that of course, but I want you to feel seen, heard, and understood in this community. I want you to know this is a place on social media where you can show up and feel safe and supported, where you’re going to receive value and you’re going to be treated like a real human being, which brings me to number 3.

Number 3 is to deliver high value. I want you to teach, to educate, to inspire, to tell stories, especially your personal stories. Those are teaching moments. Those are relate-ability moments. Don’t share the same damn ‘live, laugh, love’ quote, or meme that everyone else is posting and sharing on social media. Share something unique about you or a strong belief that you have, knowing that not everyone’s going to agree with you and that’s great. That’s so boring if everyone agrees with everything you say, or just teach me something. Teach me something. Give me a tip, a pointer, your three steps to X, Y, Z. Show me a new perspective. Let me relate to the challenges you’ve been through because you’re telling me a story about those challenges. Give me some of your juicy content for free. Don’t be afraid to give away shit for free. So number three is all about being of service in a high-value way. Knowing that the people who soak up your wisdom, your stories, your energy are going to want to be in your energetic container. They’re going to want more of you. Not everybody is, but your people, the people that you were born to serve and help and support, guide in some way are going to want to be in your container and they’re going to go, wow, I’ve received so much from this person for free. Or I look forward to this person’s content every day that if I have now to create a real energetic exchange with this person by investing in what they have to share, holy crap, what am I going to get inside that container? That’s going to be freaking amazing! I just want to be in this person’s energy.

So I highly encourage you to not just share the quote that everyone else is sharing or the meme that everyone else is sharing and put a one-sentence caption on your posts, but instead to invite us into your life in a way that inspires, educates, teaches, shows me that new perspective, opens my eyes to something new and different and you are all 110% capable of doing that. I absolutely know it. And if you’re questioning, I don’t know if I have something unique to share, that is a very good sign that you should be inside Empath Entrepreneur Academy because I want to help you unleash that content that is in you. It’s already living in you, but we might need to stoke it up to the surface.

And today’s action item is to comment below with at least one way you are going to allow yourself to be more seen moving forward. How will you allow yourself, give yourself permission to be seen moving forward? And maybe one of the three tips I shared today, maybe you felt inspired based on the card reading, mixed with the tips to do something a little different or a little off the beaten path. That’s okay. I want you to just do it in a way that feels aligned for you, but how will you allow yourself to be more seen and visible moving forward so that we can feel your magnetism as a leader, as an empowered leader on a planet that needs way more empowered leaders?

I’m going to pull one more card for all of you to help just close this container of Activated and my hope is that maybe it’ll also provide some guidance on those of you who are on the fence on joining. The card is the Crumbling and there’s a tower in the imagery of the card and the question that it has for all of you today is what are you clinging on to? What are you clinging on to? And you can probably feel yourself clinging, but the clinging energy likely doesn’t feel good. The subconscious or the egoic mind has just tricked you to believe that that clinging is keeping you safe in some way. Whether you’re clinging on to a career that sucks the energy out of you, whether you’re clinging on to money, whether you are clinging on to the belief that I’m too busy, I don’t have time or any other of those limiting beliefs, secondary gains or underlying commitments. What are you clinging on to?

This is an invitation to cut the energetic cord with that thing and finally release it, so that while it’s scary – I know. I get it – but on the other side of that chop, that cutting of that cord is freedom, is a lightness. You’re going to go into this tower and you’re going to go, oh, not light, heavy, heavy, heavy, heavy, heavy, but then you’re going to cut the cord to whatever you’re clinging on to, and then you’re going to float up to the top of the tower and you’re going to go, thank God I did that. I am so proud of myself. Like one of the women inside of the Academy already said, wow, I am so proud of myself, and I want you all to feel that way too.
